Who you are contracting with

Your agreement is with […], trade licence […], registered at […], United Arab Emirates.

What the service is

Tendario is software you reach over the internet for managing appointments, client records, services, team schedules and related billing. You subscribe to use it; you are not buying a copy of it.

We improve the product continuously. Features can be added, changed or retired. If we retire something you rely on, we tell account owners beforehand.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the team members you invite do. Keep credentials private and remove people who leave.

One workspace belongs to one business. Give each team member their own login rather than sharing one.

Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed by someone who should not have access.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build a product for someone else.

You can export your data at any time while the subscription is active.

You are responsible for having the right to record the information you enter about your clients, and for the content of the messages you send to them through the product.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tendario to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to store payment card numbers in free-text fields, or to attempt to gain access to another business’s workspace.

Do not resell access, or attempt to copy the service by automated extraction of its pages or data.

Trial, subscription and billing

A new workspace starts with a trial period. No payment is taken to begin it, and it ends by itself.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you subscribe.

Prices are exclusive of UAE VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is added where it applies.

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Payments already made for a completed period are not refunded.

If a payment fails we tell you and retry. Persistent non-payment suspends the workspace before it is closed.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available at all times and to schedule maintenance outside business hours, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.

Suspension and closure

We can suspend a workspace that is being used in breach of these terms, or that is putting the service or other customers at risk. Where it is safe to do so, we warn first.

You can close your account at any time. After closure, your data is deleted as described in the privacy notice — export anything you want to keep first.

Liability

Tendario is provided as it is. We do not promise it will fit a particular purpose or produce a particular commercial result.

We are not liable for lost profit, lost business or indirect loss. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. The version number and date at the top change, and account owners are told by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means the new version applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai.
