Privacy notice
This notice explains what Tendario does with personal information: the information you give us when you open an account, and the information your business puts into the product about its own clients and team.
Who is responsible
Tendario is operated by […], trade licence […], registered at […], United Arab Emirates.
For anything in this notice, write to [email protected]. We answer from that address.
Information we collect
Account information: the name, email address, phone number and business name you enter when you create a workspace, and the names and roles of the team members you invite.
Business information: everything your business records in the product — appointments, client profiles and notes, services and prices, team schedules, invoices and payments.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps of requests, kept in server logs so we can keep the service running and investigate abuse.
Payment information: if you subscribe, the payment provider processes your card. We receive the result of the payment and the last four digits, never the full card number.
Why we use it
To provide the service you asked for: creating your workspace, showing your calendar, sending appointment reminders, issuing invoices and keeping your data available to you.
To keep the service secure and working: monitoring errors, preventing abuse, and restoring data from backups if something fails.
To contact you about the service: billing, security, downtime and material changes to these documents. Marketing messages are sent only if you asked for them, and every one of them carries a way to stop.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your clients’ information
When your business records a client in Tendario, your business decides what is recorded and why. We hold and process that information on your instructions, as part of running the service for you.
That makes telling your own clients how their information is used your responsibility, not ours. If one of your clients asks you to correct or delete their record, you can do it yourself inside the product.
Where your data is stored
Tendario runs on servers located in the United Kingdom, operated by Hostinger International Ltd.. Your data therefore leaves the United Arab Emirates and is stored abroad.
Backups are encrypted and kept in a second location. Data in transit is protected with TLS.
Who else can see it
Service providers who make the product work — hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery and payment processing — and only to the extent their part of the service requires.
A public authority, where a valid legal order requires it.
Nobody else. Our own staff access a workspace only when you ask for support or when we are investigating a fault, and that access is logged.
How long we keep it
While your subscription is active, for as long as you keep the data in the product.
After you close your account, business data is deleted within 90 days. Backups containing it expire on their own retention cycle and are not restored after that point.
Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use.
Write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
