We can't message people first.
Instagram does not allow a business to message someone first. We can only reply to people who contacted you. That is Meta's rule, not ours.
We can't see who liked a post.
Instagram also does not tell anyone who liked a post — only how many. So interests are built from comments, messages and what people actually bought.

Can it reply to Instagram DMs automatically?
Yes, for bookings. When a customer messages your Instagram account, Tendario sends them your free times. The customer picks one, and you confirm the booking. Other messages wait for you in the inbox.
Can it message someone who never contacted us?
No. Instagram does not allow a business to message someone first. Tendario can only reply to people who messaged you or commented on your post. That is Meta's rule, not ours.
How does a DM become a booking?
A customer messages you on Instagram, sees your free times and picks one. The booking lands in your Tendario calendar, and you approve it. After the visit, it becomes a sale in the same system.
Does it tell me which post brought a customer?
Yes. Tendario links each message, booking and sale to the post that started it. You see which post brought customers and what they spent. Instagram does not show who liked a post, so this comes from messages, comments and sales.
What does it cost?
The inbox is AED 99 per month and booking automation is AED 149. Comments and comment-to-DM are AED 79, and post insights are AED 99. All four together are AED 349 per month.
Do I need the paid plan to use the rest of the system?
No. The core of Tendario is free. It covers bookings, clients, sales and till, stock and purchasing, staff, basic reports and your public booking page. You only pay for the extras you choose, like the Instagram tools.
