  1. Diagnose: the hair is read for texture, tangles and condition.
  2. Precision Trim: uneven ends are refined.
  3. Deep Treatment: repair and treatment from crown to ends.
  4. Colour: colour, toner, highlights, balayage and Airtouch.
  5. Japanese Hair Spa: a 30 or 45 minute ritual for hair and scalp.
  6. Shape & Finish: wash, blow-dry and styling.
  7. Radiance: the finished result.
